Dear sir
is it possible to calculate current at high voltages (0-6 V) use of ATK software.
please suggest to me.
thanks

In principle possible but you need to understand that in not a trivial calculation.
If your central region is not long enough you will have a huge potential drop, no physical meaning.
Also, you will be definitely out of equilibrium (roughly speaking) and as we always suggest you will need to perform finite bias calculations from 0 to 6 V by increasing the applied bias by a small amount.
