Is it possible to add Bethe Slapter Equation based methods in optical spectra calculations in ATK 15.0 !?

This method hasn't  been implemented at the current stage. You may look at  the more specialized codes such Yambo (http://www.yambo-code.org/) and  BerkeleyGW (http://www.berkeleygw.org/) for the prediction of optical properties based on BSE.
