Title: Error Message to use the viewer

Every time, I try to open a Python file with the viewer, the following error message appear:

No module called ATK.PeriodicTable

How I could solve it ?

Your Python file must be very old, probably made with ATK 2.0 or something like that. Those are not fully supported in the newer versions. If  you are a current customer you can submit the files to [email protected] and include your customer number, then we can help you convert the file.

Sometimes it works to import the structure into the Builder though, if it's a very simple geometry setup only, without any additional Python code.

Instead of dropping the file, using Add>From Files and select the Python file this way.
