Hai Sir,
 
I have a question about the IV curve. This is IV curve was obtained from the analysis from the script generator in QW. What i would like to confirm is the Bias Voltage is either Drain Voltage or Gate Voltage? I attached the figure of the IV that was obtained and highlighted the bias.

In ATK, "bias voltage" always means the voltage difference between the left and right electrodes. Manual I-V plotting is needed if you want the x-axis to be Gate-to-Drain voltage difference or similar.

Thank you Sir for the reply. However how to plot manually the iv curve that the x axis is gate voltage?

You need to read the current(s) from the NC file(s) containing the transmission spectra for each gate voltage, and then plot current vs. voltage.
