Dear all,
Is it possible to export figures (for example jpg format) by python script including the figure settings(as background color, atom size, bond size, etc.)?

Not for the 3D windows, no :( Some day in the future it will be possible :)

Sorry, one more question. Where can I find initial parameters for setting the size of atoms and bonds in Viewer?
I want to change the initial parameters.

You can't change the defaults, sorry.
