Title: the memory usage is too large to complte the iv-calculation

Hi all

I am using ATK 2016, but I found the memory is used too large when I calculated the iv curve under bias, the calculation is always crash.

is there method or setting  to reduce the memory but not to reduce calculation precision during calculation please help me.

Reducing memory consumption depends entirely on the system under investigation and the computational method. We need to see your ATK Python script in order to help you. Please attach it to this post.
