Title: Free VNL license for academics

Hello,

I filled the form to request the free VNL for academics. But the form did not submit because of the MAC address. I checked my MAC address four times but I got the following error:
"You must provide a valid MAC address for your computer, else we cannot issue a license for it."

My MAC address is:   2c:81:58:fd:e6:2d

What should I do?

MAC works fine. Ensure no spaces are included

Works fine for me in Firefox, but again not if you by mistake include a space in the MAC (at the end of it). We'll try to fix that.
