Title: post processing analysis

sir
I am working on mechanical properties of cnt with defect.If i want to calculate its strength or i want to see the force displacement curve, do i need to write python script everytime for that. As the analysis option in the script generator section is not showing up anything

If some analysis option is not available in the VNL, you will have to write an analysis python script. As an example, please have a look at this tutorial on the subject of your interest, http://docs.quantumwise.com/tutorials/youngs_modulus/youngs_modulus.html.

No sir, what i am saying is how to incorporate those analysis option in script generator part into my problem.suppose i have to calculate stress then it is not showing up anything except a dial box

If possible could you please kindly describe me the steps involved in applying post processor options to a problem.for e.g a problem involved tensile stress to be applied to CNT and finding respective strain

I think there is such an analysis script in the tutorial I mentioned in my previous post. Otherwise, I am not sure that I understand your problem.
