Title: mobility
Post by: harsha17 on June 13, 2017, 12:58
I am a fairly new user of  ATK and I am trying to calculate mobility of  a Wire in CNT and i am kind of lost with the tutorial present (Graphene). If anyone can help me about what settings should i use for dynamic matrix, hamiltonian derivatives, electron phonon coupling and mobility, it would be a great help. thank you

The tutorial is somehow outdated, compared to the current possibilities offered by ATK. We are working on a revised version on the tutorial, which will be online asap.
Regards,
Daniele.
