Please tell me , if we want to use VASP Plugin , we require licence for VASP or we can go directly  with vnl atk licence ?

You need a license from VASP developers, as well as a VNL license  that includes the VASP plugin.

I can export configurtion into VASP format with VNL (2017.2),  but I can not put it into custom scripter(VASP scripter).
