hello,I am a new user, and I do not know how to compute the conductance.Could anyone tell me ? thank you a lot!

The most simple approach would be to calculate the current and divide with the applied bias.
You can do this by using calculateCurrent function in ATK 2008.10

See http://quantumwise.com/documents/manuals/ATK-2008.10/chap.litwoprobe.html#sect2.litwoprobe.conductance
Sometimes it makes sense to talk about the differential conductance too, that is dI/dV rather than I/V.
