Title: one question about the conductance

hello,I am a new user,and I do not know how to compute the conductance.Could anyone tell me ? thank you a lot!

The most simple approach would be to calculate the current and divide with the applied bias.

You can do this by using calculateCurrent function in ATK 2008.10

Sometimes it makes sense to talk about the differential conductance too, that is dI/dV rather than I/V.
