Title: cannot install ATK2017.2

Dear experts,

I downloaded ATK2017.2 from the quantumvise website. However, when I tried to install it, there is no sign for the installation. In addition, the source package downloaded from the website was self-deleted. I tried several times and the same phenomenon appeared.

Can anybody here tell me what's the problem with the installation?

Did you check that the file was actually downloaded to your computer? What is your operating system?

I think the file should be downloaded well. The OS is win7. I used to run ATK2016.4 on my computer.

It's hard to know what you mean, exactly. "no sign for the installation" means what?
Could be your anti-virus is having issues with the file

I am sorry for my poor English!

What I wanted to say is that when I double-clicked the setup file to install ATK on my computer, nothing happened.  In addition, after a few seconds, the setup file was self-deleted.

I'll try to install it on another computer.

Sounds like an overzealous anti-virus blocked the install.
