Hello sir ,
please tell me how we can passivate a material with other atoms like Nitrogen , Boron etc in VNL-ATK

You can change the passivating element from hydrogen to something else in the Builder, using the element-button, to the left of the passivation-button.

How we make a material with Hydrogen terminated.
