Title: Mobility calculation of n-type and p-type semiconductor

Can I calculate the mobility of n-type and p-type semiconductor using Boltzmann transport equation?

And also, is it possible to calculate the Gate dependency of the mobility?

You can do it by setting the 'Fermi shift' parameter, which gives the doping level in a bulk material of your study. For an intrinsic semiconductor, the Fermi shift should be set to zero.
