Hi. Is there a method to find  majority/minority spins for spin-polarized systems in ATK?

I do not know what exactly you mean by "to find  majority/minority spins". Perhaps,  you have to calculate the spin-polarized band structure for your system to see the corresponding band structures for the majority and minority spin electrons.
