Title: Device form bulk did not appear

Hi all,

I want to know why there was no electrode when I clicked the device from bulk? any ideas?

Hello,

it might be that the structure you constructed is unsuitable to construct a device structure. it would be great if you could post the structure.

The problem is that the periodic part of the system (phosphorene) is way to short. You should increase the length of the phosphorene layer along the C axis, both in the positive and negative directions.
