Title: Heating Effect on my devie

I want to heat my device to a certain temperature, but don't have any idea to do so. Please help!

Please explain in more detail what kind of device and temperature effect you are trying to study.

If you just want to heat a device structure to look at whatever,  you may adopt MD simulations for that, see https://docs.quantumwise.com/tutorials/molecular_dynamics.html.
