Please suggest to me how to build Möbius structure of without break of bonds in structure.

First, see https://support.quantumwise.com/portal/kb/articles/bonds-between-some-atoms-are-missing
Then, note that you can change the bond tolerance in the Builder and Viewer under "Graphics properties" (the "fuzz factor").
