Can we calculate the temperature dependent Transmission spectrum in ATK?

It depends on what you mean by temperature dependent transmission  spectrum. Please describe it in more detail.

I want to calculate i-v characteristics of a device and I want to see the effect of temperature on its i-v characteristics.

How do you want to model the effect of temperature on the electron transport? Please describe it .
