i was confused about my topic for my final task to get doctorandus degree, i want be make simulation for mRAM..so,which one should i choose the magnetic tunnel junction or spintronic mRAM and how about the use of both?

For the scientific studies, one had better first do the literature survey. The people here may usually exchange the information for the technical problems of using the Quantumwise softwares.
