Title: Need a new license?

I have got a license for my one notebook and it works well. Do I need to apply for a new one if I want to install ATK in another computer?(The system is different. One is Windows and the other one is Linux.)
What shall I do if the new license is needed but the second computer can not get online?

Please contact the office that issued the license directly. If it's a demo/trial license, typically it works on any computer, for a time-limited period.
