I´m trying to make a twoprobe system but when I run it I got error message "LValueError: C vector for the first electrode must be orthogonal to both A and B"

Can you help me please?

"C vector for the first electrode must be orthogonal to both A and B", this clearly indicates the configuration of your system is not correct. You should adjust the unit cell of your electrodes to satisfy this requirement.
