Title: Could Nanoscope display the position of atoms when display other things ?
Post by: fangyongxinxi on May 17, 2010, 04:12
When I drop a vnl file to Nanoscope, and display, for example, the electron density, I can not find where the atoms are. Any suggestions ?
Thank you.

The geometry configuration of your system may not be added into your vnl file. You should add it into the vnl file.

Also, note that the geometry and the data must be saved under the same "sample name" in order for you to be able to plot them at the same time.
