Can I calculate the properties under 0.00001 V?
I want to know the minimum between left electrode voltage and right electrode voltage, thanks!

There is no formal lower limit, since we can do zero bias too. There are always practical limits, since we are working with numerical quantities, but I think 1e-5 V is not a problem.
