Title: which parameters can affect the transimission curve?

        hello ,everybody!
       when I reproduce the transimission curve obtained from the paper,there are some differences between the one I picked and the one the paper given.So I want to know which parameters can affect the transimission curve.

It is hard to give an exact answer to your question, because too many parameters can affect the calculated results.

1) the geometry configuration;
2) mesh cut-off;
3) size of k-grid;
and so on.
