Title: how to insert molecule

 Earlier I used 2008.10. I have recently started working on  new version 10.8.I am getting problem to set two probe system.From mini tutorial,I learnt how to make two probe.But I do not know how to insert molecule  and set device.Can any one help me.

There are a couple of tutorials on this, as you have seen already it seems, but beyond that it's hard to offer assistance without knowing more details. You can convert a system built in 2008.10, as described in the Upgrade Guide (http://quantumwise.com/documents/tutorials/UpgradeGuide_10.8/XHTML/).
