Title: How to build the modle: move the tip in STM.

Dear Sir,
I wonder how to build the " move the tip in STM". As the attachments, the tip can only move a one-atom length, becouse of the match between the tip and the top electrode, which is not like what STM do in experiment. So I wonder, how to build a move STM modle. Thank you.
