Hi,
For the purpose of comparison, if I need to superimpose the view of a struct. (bulk config.) on the STEM  image ..., then how will it be possible? ....Can I make the background transparent ?

Yes, you can make the background transparent when you export as PNG file, there is an option for it in the export dialog.

No it's correct...../ I just tried that with a background-transparent image....and, it's working well...!!!
