I want to create Si nanocluster with  111 plane. Can any one guide me how to do it?

You can use the Wulff constructor, as mentioned in the list of Builder plugins: http://docs.quantumwise.com/tutorials/builder_manual/builder_plugins/builder_plugins.html

I have doubt regarding the selection of the planes. Shall we choose the closest packed plane always?

That very much depends on what your research study is about.
