Hi.
When I made a nanostructure with nanosheet plugin, if its width less than 50 nm, is it still nanosheet? Or, should I called it as a nanoribbon?
When I made a nanostructure with nanoribbon plugin, if its width more than 50 nm, what should it be?

Hi,
That does not depend on the width, it depends on the periodicity along one specific direction.
"Sheet" means that the graphene structure is periodic in 2 directions.
"Ribbon" means that the graphene structure is periodic only along 1 direction.

I believe I can create nanoribbon if I repeat a structure in the z direction. But in an article, how can I explain that I created the nanoribbon by the nanosheet plugin?
