Can you please tell me how can I calculate spin dependent thermal calculation in ATK???

Please tell me how can I get separate seebeck value for up and down spin channel  from the calculated spin polarized transmission??

Please use the "Search" field at the top of the page before asking a question - by now, there are thousands of posts on this forum, so there is a pretty good change the answer can already be found. In this case, it's as easy as searching for "spin Seebeck" (which is what Petr had to do to answer your question). Our time is better spent answering complex questions or further develop the software.
