Title: Cannot download the last version

Hello,

The last version of QuantumATK (2019.12-SP1) cannot be downloaded. I tried several times and got the following errors:

HTTP/1.1 404 Object Not Found

The requested URL was not found on this server.

Please fix the issue.

Where are you trying to download from, what link is 404?

I believe this is because your maintenance expired in December. Doesn't quite explain the 404, but would explain why the 2019.12 version is not available to you.
