Title: How to construct a three-terminal device?

Dear Sir or Madam,
           I am trying to make a three-terminal device which the third electrode  is constructed by a actual material not the electrostatic gate,  and i have read the manual but found nothing about it,  So I wonder if we can build three-terminal devices in the current version?

This feature is not implemented in QuantumATK.
