Title: LU factorization failed

I am calculating the photocurrent of a large device system but the calculation did not finish and it presents the following fault:

Back Engine Exception: LU factorization failed
Location of Exception: linearsystems.cpp: 1578

/ tmp / slurmd / job22192598 / slurm_script: line 13: 54663 Aborted

Can anybody meet with similar problems and how can you solve it?

sorry, it is a current calculation and not photocurrent as I said before. I attach the script used.
