Title: Bad Termination of IVcharacteristic

Hi
I am calculating the IVcharacteristic of a Device and the calculation falls. The following error appears:

BAD TERMINATION OF ONE OF YOUR APPLICATION PROCESSES
=   456645 RUNNING AT fn002
=   EXIT CODE: 11
=   CLEANING UP REMAINING PROCESSES
=   YOU CAN IGNORE THE BELOW CLEANUP MESSAGES

Does someone know how to solve this problem?

Thank you for already using S-2021.06!

Usually this error message means you have run out of memory. The model you run is fairly large and will require a serious machine to run.
