General Questions and Answers / Device calculations are not consistent for the same system?

We calculated a p-i-n device with the same finite bias several times by using  ATK 2017.2, however, although the calculations are all converged, the results are quite different for the same system. We found :
Fresh calculation gives completely different results as compared with calculation started from a converged calculation, the details is shown in figure attached.
