What are the basis funcs. employed...for implementing the  OMX_ Medium basis set ?? / Any ref. ?!!

The OMX pseudopotentials and basis sets can be found here, along with literature references: http://www.jaist.ac.jp/~t-ozaki/vps_pao2013/.
