This kind of problem can be solved by referring the examples shown in the manual. For example:
http://quantumwise.com/documents/manuals/latest/ReferenceManual/XHTML/ref.transmissionspectrum.html.

The manual gives the script about the current for different temperature.
if I want to get the current for the different voltage in the same tenmperature, for example 10 different voltages, So  I must to caculate 10 times ?  Is there any way only to caculate one time?
Thank you very much!

A script file (ivcurve.py) provided by "Anders Blom" may be useful for you  to write a script file for your requirement, and it can be accessed from here:

For the usage of "ivcurve.py", please follow the script file posted "hellboy" for his problem on this thread:

The version which I use is 2010.8.
There is some difference in the scripts of the two version (2010.8 and 2008.10) .
I'm sorry I still don't know how to write the scipt file.
Thank you for your help

Try this. It's sooo much simpler in the new version. After it finishes, click the "Analyzer" icon in VNL 10.8, and select "IV Curve" from the menu "Analyzers", and then drop the created NC file on the dropzone that says "Drop file here".
