I am getting following error in my two-probe run, Transmission spectrum does not appear at all. The input  file is attached

What kind of system is this supposed to be? The electrodes are molecules (finite system in all directions) and they are not connected to the central region. In short, transport properties can not be computed for this system because it's not a transport system.
