Simulation stops abruptly-ReRAM device

I'm trying to simulate a resistive switching memory, and the simulation stops at step 55 as seen in the attached file and doesn't go to the I-V characterization part of the simulation.

It might have run out of memory but it's really hard to tell. But I do note that you run this in serial, so it will take a long time and also parallelization helps with memory consumption.
