Dear sir
Is their any specific option or script so that we can change the x-axis and y-axis range in transmission spectrum.
For example in the tutorial of "Transport properties of a zigzag nano-ribbon", the transmission spectrum x-axis range is from 0-10.
but when i am following the same steps then my graph range is from -4 to 5.so please help me out.

Thank you

The graph is by default set to scale to the data it displays. You can zoom in by using the mouse (just paint a rectangle with the left-mouse button). If you want more fancy options for the plot, like changing the plot style, colors, etc, you can right-click the plot and "Export" the data, so you can plot it elsewhere.
