« on: September 26, 2012, 18:55 »
Dear atk team ,

i have made fe-mgo-fe junction .i want to calculated the some graph but i don't no how  i can obtain these graph.

1. transmission coeffient v/s energy( in form of spin up and spin down)
2. transmission coeffient v/s number of k -point. is it possible to be see k-point effect on i-v curve (current/number of k-point)
3.please suggest me how i can obtain the humo-lumo energy level
4.you have any tutorial made on organic tft  or oled .if you have no please gimme me idea about this.
5. atk give the result on time dependent
6. how i can find the refractive index of molecule have you any code . please give me

Please refer to the tutorial of Fe/MgO/Fe:
http://quantumwise.com/documents/tutorials/latest/Fe-MgO-Fe/index.html/
The answers for your 1st and 2nd questions can be found from the tutorial in the above link.
For the 3th question:
http://www.quantumwise.com/documents/manuals/ATK-2008.10/chap.advtwoprobe.html
http://quantumwise.com/forum/index.php?topic=1342.0

For the 5th question:
at the present stage, only the time-independent results can be obtained by the ATK-DFT. For the time-dependent, you may try the GPAW method.
