File on lab floor not avaiable

Hi All,

I used VNL 2015.1 to view VASP data and this morning I just found I can not access any file on lab floor. Although new files would appear on lab floor, all file's icons turn to grey and I can do nothing about any file.

I can still import POSCAR file to builder. All adds on are activated. Could you help me with this?

Sounds like a license issue. You might want to check if the license it's using has the VASP feature.

I am using the academics license and I was able to use these VASP-related functions until that morning... I thought the academics license is permanent, or there is only a trial period for the VASP features?

yes, you were using the demo license where all features are available.
The VASP-plugins in VNL are not included in the free VNL license for academics, for that you will need to purchase a license.
