How to get the elements of scattering matrix and scattering rate

Kindly inform me how to get elements of scattering matrix in IETS run; or how to get scattering rate in IETS calculations.

The InelasticTransmissionSpectrum analysis object does not explicitly compute a scattering matrix or scattering rates. The quantities that can be extracted from the analysis object are described in the ATK Manual: http://docs.quantumwise.com/manuals/Types/InelasticTransmissionSpectrum/InelasticTransmissionSpectrum.html.

Perhaps what you are really looking for is analysis of the mobility, which also includes e-ph scattering? http://docs.quantumwise.com/manuals/Types/Mobility/Mobility.html
