Error while installing vnl in Windows 7

When I try to install vnl I get the following error. What might be the problem and possible solution to this?

It looks like the downloaded file is corrupted or the destination has run out of disk space, so those would be my first guesses.

Might be your anti-virus interfering with the installation process. Consider deactivating it while installing (you can scan the package first, and the installation tree after, if you have concerns). This will also speed up the installation considerably, otherwise it's quite slow.
