After GFET simulation, 2D plot option is not enabled

In GFET simulated structure I want to plot charge Carrier density vs gate voltage. But the 2D plot option is not enabled.
Please see the screenshot

What you want is the 1D projector, to plot the density etc as a function of e.g. the Z coordinate.

Please also note that the electron difference density is not the carrier density, i.e. not the density of electrons carrying current around the Fermi level.
