How to build Nanowire of TiO2 from bulk

Hello, I want to know that how we can build a Nanowire of TiO2 in VNL using bulk crystal?

You can use the Nanowire plugin in the Builder.

Inaoton:
TiO2 exists in tetragonal structure.. Please tell me the procedure to change it into cubic because nanowire builder accepts only cubic structure.
