Crystal between Au electrodes
«

Hi everybody,
I'd like to know if it is possible to create a device composed by a crystal (in my case LiNbO3) between two Au electrodes?
Are there some tutorials about it?
Thanks so much.

You can certainly do it in QuantumATK. You just have to build two interface structure by adopting the procedure, described in the tutorial
https://docs.quantumwise.com/tutorials/ag_au_interface/ag_au_interface.html
, in a step-wise manner, i.e., first building the Au|LiNbO3 interface and then Au|LiNbO3|Au.
