Hello,
I used Pb(alpha) from database and repeated it in 3 dimensions. It seems that there is no chemical bond between the Pb atoms! Is it a correct structure?

It is just the cutoff for the atom-atom separation distance in the visualization tool is set to too low value. Go to Graphics->Visualization -> set Fuzz factor to 1.2, and then the Pb atoms given with balls will be connected with sticks.
