I have a question about how to draw Fat Bandstructure in origin , and the data is derived from ATK. Hope to get your reply, thank you!

This is QuantumATK Forum, we do not advise about other software packages. For that you can contact their support. You can plot the Fat Bandstructure using the fat band structure analyzer in the QuantumATK NanoLab GUI.
